Keepers

Bob

Bob has been playing Call of Cthulhu since 1989. While he has played a lot of other RPGs, it’s always the noble, hopeless, futile nature of CoC that calls him back. He has written a number of scenarios for publication, and even more to round out the library of YTCC offerings. He’s the principal YTCC organizer and reluctant leader.

Dave C

David lives with his family in a rural town in upstate Massachusetts. In his free time, he enjoys visiting with his next-door neighbors, Lavinia and Wilbur, and talking about the old days.

Dave P

Dave P has been with YTCC since the early days, and is famed for his map-making abilities and the way he can totally rock a one-size-fits-all robe.

Jake

Jake has been playing Call of Cthulhu since 1992 and running it just about as long. Over the last decade, he has written and run six scenarios and two Black Letter games for YTCC. In addition to imagining new ways to traumatize players, Jake crafts occult idols, forbidden tomes, alien artifacts, and the occasional unspeakable creature for YTCC’s offerings.

Michael

Michael is an Indiana guy born and raised, who was bitten by the gaming bug in 1989. He instantly fell in love with the Call of Cthulhu RPG and has been a Keeper since. Michael has written a number of games for YTCC and can often be found behind the Keeper screen. When not throwing players to the wolves, Michael can be found sitting around a table playing a variety of board games and RPGs.

Rachel

Rachel has been playing Call of Cthulhu since 2006. She does most of the YTCC graphic design work (posters, table tents, etc.), has co-written two scenarios, and serves as secondary Keeper for many games. She practices screams and accents in the car. Rachel is a big board/card game fan, and current favorites include Terraforming Mars, Cascadia, 7 Wonders, Citadels, and Wingspan. She is also a fan of Star Wars, Shakespeare, her dog, octopodes, and the Oxford comma.

Perry

Perry has no memories from before that first illicit Call of Cthulhu game. Since 2005, he has spent hundreds of hours pretending that everything is normal, with varying degrees of success. After becoming a Keeper, he learned the answers to many valuable questions like: How late is FedEx open? How easy is it to carry a body around a convention? How amazing is the story that eight random people create, given the opportunity?

Josh

Born and raised on the frozen tundra of Upstate NY’s snow country, Josh has been playing and running rpgs for more than twenty-five years. He adopted the Hoosier State as home more than a decade ago, despite its lack of snow and real pizza. He enjoys watching the choices players have to make in Call of Cthulhu in the face of existential dread; many people enjoy “Heroic Fantasy,” but what could be more heroic than sacrificing one’s sanity and life to extend humankind’s tenure on the Earth just a bit longer?
